Padel4Kids Disclosure Policy

At Padel4Kids, the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all participants are our top priorities. This disclosure policy outlines the terms and conditions related to participation in our programs, use of facilities, and parental responsibilities.

1. Participant Eligibility

• All children aged 5 to 17 are welcome to participate in Padel4Kids programs.

• Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect the child’s participation.

• Padel4Kids reserves the right to assess a participant’s readiness for specific program levels to ensure safety and proper skill alignment.

2. Waiver and Liability

• Participation in Padel4Kids activities involves inherent risks associated with physical sports. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks.

• Padel4Kids, its staff, and associated facilities are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings occurring during sessions unless caused by gross negligence.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment is required upfront to secure enrollment in a program.

• Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellation of a program by Padel4Kids.

• Withdrawal with at least 7 days’ notice before the program start date.

• Missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be refunded; however, rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

4. Conduct and Sportsmanship

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow players.

• Any behavior that disrupts the session or endangers others may result in temporary or permanent removal from the program without refund.

5. Equipment Use

• Rackets and balls are provided for all sessions. Participants are responsible for proper use and care of the equipment.

• Damaged or lost equipment due to misuse may incur additional charges.

6. Weather and Cancellations

• In case of adverse weather, outdoor sessions will be rescheduled. Parents will be notified via email or SMS of any changes.

• Rescheduled sessions may occur on alternative days as per facility availability and if necessary carry over to the following month.

7. Media and Privacy

• By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to Padel4Kids capturing photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

• Personal information provided during registration is kept confidential and used solely for program administration and communication.

8. Facility Rules

• Participants must follow all facility rules and guidelines, including dress codes (e.g., sports attire and non-marking shoes).

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to drop off and pick up children promptly to avoid disruptions.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any concerns or disputes should be addressed directly with Padel4Kids management. We strive to resolve issues amicably and fairly.
